Patrick K. Haro, Managing Partner

Pat Haro is a native of Silicon Valley, and began his career in 1984 as an Associate with the retained executive search division of Gary Nelson & Associates in their Cupertino, California office.

In 1987, Mr. Haro was “headhunted” by one of his customers, joining Seagate Technology as Senior Consulting Recruiter in their Scotts Valley, California office, where he supported the Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer.

It was in 1988 that Seagate sent Mr. Haro to Asia for the first, but not the last time; they eventually agreed to provide the financial support necessary to create PHR Group Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, a retained executive search firm founded in Singapore by Mr. Haro in 1990. During his tenure with PHR Group, his team conducted over 700 retained searches for senior executive positions based in Asia.

Today, Mr. Haro devotes his time to Pat Haro, LLC, where he serves as a Management Consultant, directly participating in search fulfillment, including:

Additionally, Mr. Haro provides career counseling, job search strategy critique, and financial restructuring advisement to over 200 individuals and organizations each year on a pro bono basis.

Mr. Haro received a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
