Success-Based Pricing
When you retain an executive search firm, do you know what you’re buying? Are you actually buying a “market study?” You may be, if you’re compensating your search firm irrespective of search result. We add value by incrementally increasing our customer’s pool of human capital by facilitating external hires.
Our Search Fee is equal to 1/3 of an externally-hired candidate’s first year on-target-earnings, payable in two installments: A single Retainer Payment (equal to half of the estimated Search Fee) is collected upon start of your search and a Success Payment (equal to 1/3 of the candidate’s expected first year on-target earnings less Retainer Payment) is collected upon start of your candidate.
Unlike most other executive search firms, we pay our own out-of-pocket search expenses, typically reducing your total search costs by as much as 15-20%.
