Single Retainer Payment

A single Retainer Payment is collected upon start of your search: Our customers are never invoiced installment, progress or additional retainer payments.

Success Payment

A Success Payment (equal to 1/3 of candidate first year on-target-earnings less USD15,000 Retainer Payment) is collected upon start of your candidate.

We Pay Search Expenses

Unlike most other executive search firms, we pay our own out-of-pocket search expenses, typically reducing your total search costs by as much as 15-20%.
